Version 1.0 · Effective 6 September 2026
1. The Brand
MIVALDI is the digital canvas for high fashion and elite talent. The brand voice is whisper-quiet luxury: editorial, precise, and never loud. Three house aesthetics define the system — Noir (obsidian editorial), Champagne (gilded warmth) and Porcelain (light gallery minimalism).
2. Primary Mark
The primary mark is the wordmark "MIVALDI." set in Cinzel, with a champagne-gold period. Use the primary mark wherever space allows. The monogram "M" may be used as a favicon, social avatar, or watermark at small sizes.
- Clear space: equal to the height of the letter "M" on all sides. No other element may enter this zone.
- Minimum sizes: wordmark 24 px / 18 mm; monogram 16 px / 10 mm.
- Color variants: gold (#D4AF37) on Obsidian (#070707); Obsidian on Porcelain (#F6F2E9); monochrome white on photography.
3. Color System
| Token | Hex | Role |
|---|---|---|
| Obsidian | #070707 | Primary background (Noir) |
| Champagne Gold | #D4AF37 | Primary accent |
| Gold Soft | #E6CA65 | Highlight / gradients |
| Gold Muted | #997D33 | Secondary accent |
| Porcelain | #F6F2E9 | Light background |
| Platinum | #E5E5E5 | Text on dark |
Do not introduce new colors. In Noir and Champagne layouts, gold must never exceed 10% of the visible area; in Porcelain layouts, no more than 15%.
4. Typography
- Display: Cinzel (serif capitals) for headlines and the wordmark.
- Text: Plus Jakarta Sans for body and interface copy.
- Arabic: Amiri for display, Cairo for text.
Letterspacing is part of the identity: 0.24em–0.42em on eyebrows and labels, never on Arabic. Do not condense, stretch, or add outlines, shadows or gradients to type.
5. Misuse
- Do not rotate, skew, or redraw the mark.
- Do not recolor outside the approved palette or place on busy, low-contrast backgrounds.
- Do not use the mark as part of a sentence or product name.
- Do not imitate the trade dress (Obsidian/gold editorial system) in unrelated products.
- Do not use photography featuring minors or unlicensed imagery in any MIVALDI-branded material.
6. Photography & Imagery
Imagery should feel editorial: natural light, honest film grain, and quiet confidence. Preferred ratios: 4:5 for runway, 3:2 for editorial, 1:1 for polaroids. Never use stock imagery for talent portfolios; every image must carry documented rights and model releases.
7. Voice & Tone
Write with restraint. Prefer precise nouns over adjectives; one gold phrase per page. Never use superlatives ("best", "cheapest"), urgency ("act now"), or loud marketing punctuation. Refer to the platform as "MIVALDI" and to customers as "talent", "agencies", or "houses".
8. Trademark Notice
MIVALDI®, the M monogram and "The Digital Canvas for High Fashion" are trademarks of MIVALDI SAS. Use the ® symbol on first prominent mention in professional materials: "MIVALDI®". Trademarks do not imply endorsement; partners may not suggest MIVALDI endorses their services without written consent.
9. Partner & White-Label Use
Agency partners may display "Powered by MIVALDI" in the footer of their tenant dashboards. White-label customers may remove platform marks from their client-facing surfaces under their plan. The mark may appear on partner websites only with written approval and must link to mivaldi.com.
10. Requesting Assets
Official logo files (SVG, PNG, PDF), the color system and templates are available on request from brand@mivaldi.com. Questions about usage: brand@mivaldi.com · Legal: legal@mivaldi.com.
